Music is at the center of everything I do. As an independent musician, I perform both as a solo artist and alongside other groups, adapting to a variety of musical styles and live settings.
I work as a composer, producer, and arranger, creating music for a wide range of projects, and I’m actively expanding into film scoring and visual media, with a focus on crafting music that enhances storytelling and emotional impact. I’m also a recording artist, producing and recording from my own dedicated studio setup to deliver high-quality, polished work from start to finish.

Greetings, and thank you for desiring to know a little bit more about me. I am grateful for where I have been and who God has made me throughout the journey.
I was born and raised in a little town called Cassopolis, Michigan. I have always been in the church, which is where I got my start. I started playing piano when I was 4 years old, started playing in church when I was 6 years old, began directing the choir at age 10 and then, shortly after I turned 15, I started traveling professionally. I studied Music Performance at Indiana University, South Bend. I then was able to teach Music Theory at a Christian College. I have been blessed with a lot of meaningful experience as a vocalist, stage and studio musician/producer, as well as a music composer, arranger, music teacher and worship leader.
I have been a professional musician for over 40 years, working and ministering with several well-known artists and gifted ministers such as Pastor Gary Oliver, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Judy Jacobs, Pastor Marvin Winans, Ce Ce Winans, Vicki Yohe, Karen Wheaton and Chosen, Eddie James, Keith Dobbins, Prophetess Juanita Bynum, Pastor Steve Brock, Pastor Benny Hinn and many others.
My heart has always been to shepherd people through music. I am humbled and amazed that the Lord would know me and yet still choose me for this purpose. My greatest goal in life is to have the testimony of Enoch. Hebrews 11:5 says that “before his translation he [Enoch] had this testimony, that he pleased God.” That's my primary goal in life.
The bottom line is that I love music. It is my great passion. When people ask me what style of music I like, I just simply tell them that I love music. Style doesn’t matter. While there are some styles I may prefer to others, all of it is an expression of one’s true self. Music is not just a vehicle. It, in and of itself, is the journey. If navigated properly and with the right heart, one can ride this journey out of depression into joy, out of sickness into healing, out of brokenness into wholeness and out of fear into a life of faith.
Thank you for choosing to take this journey with me. Blessings and love,
David A Danzy
